A very varied coastline
This part of the coast is characterized by its wide variety of beaches. All kinds of beaches for everyone’s taste. Port de Sant Miquel gives way to more hidden beach coves and which are a must see as they are the most captivating corners of this area. The first beach we find is the main one, which dominates the view of the bay and has all kinds of services and amenities that make it ideal for those who want to spend a quiet and peaceful day at the beach with the family. If you explore the coast on the south side of the main beach you will reach a beautiful hidden cove, Caló des Multons, a small beach cove dock with a few fishermen’s huts and an impressive seabed worth exploring. If you keep following the path you’ll reach the last beach, Pas de s’Illa, given this name due to that this beach is a sand strip that connects the nearby Illa des Bosc isle. We can actually say that Port de Sant Miquel is three beaches in one.

This beautiful place decorated in white and blue with bohemian touches is called Chiringuito Utopía and every Friday and Saturday, from noon till night time you can enjoy a wonderful ‘sardinada’ (sardine barbecue), the perfect dish for the summer days on the coast of Ibiza. Boat excursion around Sant Miquel
We have already mentioned that this part of the island has a very varied and unique coastline, which is why there are many ways to explore it. One of the most fun ways to do this is by boat, as you can move from beach to beach very easily and at your own pace. You have the option of going on your own boat in order to fully enjoy a day at sea, but if you want a more simple plan that also allows you to see this area you can hop on the ferry that goes to the nearby beach of Benirràs, an enclave of unsurpassed beauty and easier access by sea than by land, due to that in summer it gets over crowded with cars.

This guided visit in the cave is a 40 minute tour through the stalactites and stalagmites and discover in the inside remains of the prehistoric past and a spectacular setting of lights and water that make it an unforgettable excursion.
