Enjoy any at time of the day their tasty dishes that these restaurants with years of experience will prepare for you, as they have always done: with care and tradition.<\/p>\n<p><b><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canplanells.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/restaurante_can_alfredo_ibiza.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.canplanells.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/restaurante_can_alfredo_ibiza.jpg\" alt=\"restaurante_can_alfredo_ibiza\" height=\"463\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Ca n\u2019Alfredo<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In the heart of the Paseo Vara de Rey we find one of the most iconic restaurants on the island, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.canalfredo.com\/\">Ca n\u2019Alfredo<\/a><\/strong>, serving the best of Mediterranean and Ibizan cuisine since 1934, when it was known as &#8220;Restaurante Verner and Gertrudis&#8221;. Its new name is due to the eldest son of a German family who fled nazi Germany to run this establishment in 1936. Finally, in 1941 the Riera family took its place running it up until the present day. It\u2019s been already three generations devoted to the business. And what is so special about Ca n&#8217;Alfredo? Essentially, everything that a great restaurant should aspire to: great service, great cooking of Ibizan and Mediterranean dishes and using the best products of the land. The three basic rules that Ca n&#8217;Alfredo has always believed in.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canplanells.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_2663_restaurante_es_ventall.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-1\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.canplanells.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_2663_restaurante_es_ventall.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2663_restaurante_es_ventall\" height=\"431\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Es Ventall<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In 1982 the Boned family opened a small Ibizan cuisine restaurant in the heart of Sant Antoni, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Restaurante-Es-Ventall-114134778759440\/?fref=ts\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Es Ventall<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Their goal was to offer quality dishes from traditional recipes of the island. Flavorful dishes that delight even the most demanding gourmets of local cuisine. The big change in this iconic restaurant came in 2005, when the son of the family returned to the island after learning and training in top class restaurants in mainland Spain. Now their traditional cuisine fuses with the newest techniques offering sophisticated dishes but without losing focus on their traditional taste.<\/p>\n<p><b><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canplanells.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_1537_can_berri.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-2\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.canplanells.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_1537_can_berri.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1537_can_berri\" height=\"427\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Can Berri Vell<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A place full of history, established in the old house of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.canberrivell.es\/\"><strong>Can Berri Vell<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, one of the most important families in the village of Sant Agust\u00ed who held this privileged location opposite the village church. This house with over 400 years of history, still retains the essence of Ibizan architecture, with its whitewashed walls, juniper beams and various old country tools that will teleport us to a more bucolic time. Dining on its terrace is a pleasure for the senses as, besides of having one of the most charming atmospheres, you can enjoy the outstanding cuisine that chef Bruno makes with care and love every night. Today it is run by the same family, where even the great-granddaughter of the founder works at in the present. With the intention of maintaining the essence of its beginnings, they offer traditional recipes yet with a constantly renovating menu.
