It is simply magnificent and with a very wide range of suggestions and varied dishes. Always using great quality and local products appreciated more and more by island residents and visitors. From the sea and land.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--more--><!--:en--><br \/>\nToday we bring you in our blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canplanells.com\/places\/restaurants\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>two restaurants<\/strong><\/span><\/a> from the north part of the island which have been offering us excellent dishes for decades of the most <strong>authentic Ibiza cuisine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The first one we are showing you is <strong>Restaurante Es Pins<\/strong>, nearby the village of <strong>Sant Lloren\u00e7 de Bal\u00e0fia<\/strong>, on the road to Sant Joan. Its been with us <strong>since 1970<\/strong>, when the owners built it. Margarita made <strong>typical Ibicenco stews<\/strong> and her husband Joan got specialized in cooking <strong>delicious paellas<\/strong>. From then it hasn\u2019t stopped growing, just like its customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simple and with no luxuries<\/strong>, yet real and authentic. Very well appreciated is its <strong>homemade bread<\/strong> which they still make in a wood oven and with an anise touch flavour. And what to say about their delicious all-i-oli!\u2026 You can find all of the <strong>traditional Ibicenco cuisine dishes<\/strong>. From \u201cEnsalada de Crostes\u201d, \u201carroz de matanzas\u201d, \u201cfrita de pulpo\u201d to \u201csofrit pag\u00e8s\u201d, \u201cossos amb col\u201d, \u201cguisat de peix\u201d (fish stew), etc. All of them delicious and homemade by Ibicencos.<\/p>\n<p>And another important aspect is its <strong>very affordable prices<\/strong>. Nowadays it\u2019s very hard in Ibiza to find restaurants with this quality\/price value that <strong>Es Pins offers<\/strong>. It\u2019s a must.<\/p>\n<p>The second suggestion that we bring you is <strong>Ca\u2019s Pag\u00e8s restaurant<\/strong>, nearby<strong> Sant Carles de Peralta<\/strong>, another legendary restaurant of Ibicenco gastronomy in the north of the island. Founded in 1972, when <strong>Toni \u201cPujolet\u201d<\/strong> decided to create this restaurant that hasn\u2019t stopped doing business since. Today, it\u2019s his daughters Carmen and Lucia who run it. <strong>Fantastic grilled meat that\u2019s prepared in a barbecue<\/strong>.
